Since 2019 training has been carried out by Anika Haseloff – she teaches Vinyasa Yoga, a dynamic style and is

Yoga in nature is one of the most beautiful things for me. It unites the inner and outer world in a wonderful way.
In connection with the element water, you dive even deeper into your own personal float state.
For several years, yoga and SUP sport have been an integral part of my life: balance, flexibility and strengthening of the deep muscles are trained in harmony. Breathing is controlled consciously and thoughts come to rest. As a wave rider, this combination is unbeatable.
Note: courses can be booked individually and are not compulsory for the entire season. This means that you can book your appointments flexibly whenever you have time and desire. But be careful: don’t wait too long, otherwise the coveted appointments may already be full!
